A Slimming Club for ladies who want to lose some pounds. It is an opportunity for us ladies to connect, encourage and inspire each other to see a healthier us!
The group has been running since 2009 and up-to-date we have lost 350lbs as a group. The success has been down to weekly weigh-ins and advice on healthy eating. The diet we follow is the same one as our group leader Susan uses – her very own tried and tested diet.
People are asked to contribute £1 a week, which goes towards supporting the Prossers and Christine Van Morrison who serve in Africa. We believe ‘Our Loss is their Gain’
